Melina is responsible for the areas of course management, quality assurance and invoicing at Natural business solutions.
Her wide-ranging activities include our customer service and – support, course – and event planning and trainer quality management. Together with our international team of trainers and coaches, she ensures the professional implementation of our online and face-to-face formats and analyses the learning success according to customer criteria.
Furthermore, Melina works in the area of global trainer acquisition, is responsible for the onboarding process of our trainers and supports them in all administrative and organisational matters.
